I talked a lot about my favorite doTERRA products. For those of you who don't know what those are (or you just need a reminder), here is a short list and explanation...
1. Deep Blue roll-on: Pain is, unfortunately, an everyday battle for me. I used to just pop 4 advil in every time the pain started creeping up. After doing this for nearly 8 years, I managed to damage my kidneys from all the NSAIDS I was taking. My doctor told me 'no more NSAIDS!' [period;the end;no more;none whatsoever]. After my infamous 1st doTERRA meeting (you can read about it here: http://meredithsmiracle.yolasite.com/about.php), I found an alternative for all the pain pills, advil, tylenol, etc...Deep Blue! I roll it directly over the location of my pain i.e. my right knee, thigh, hip, sciatic, & my lower back. Within seconds (yes, seconds) I begin to feel the cool comfort creeping in.
2. Past Tense: Headaches are a common occurrence for most people. Whether it's caused by vision, neck strain from sleeping wrong, caffeine, etc...Past Tense can help. I get a lot of headaches due to my poor vision. So in my purse, I carry Past Tense roll-on at all times.
Roll Past Tense on the back of your neck and just massage it in for roughly 30 seconds. It both relieves your headache and can even relax your body as a whole.
3. Grapefruit essential oil:I don't care for the actual fruit but I love the smell of Grapefruit. It's so fresh and clean but with a slight citrus smell. So to me, grapefruit is very uplifting. I love to diffuse it and it smells awesome in doTERRA's fragrant free lotion. I mix in about 2 drops of grapefruit with a dollop of lotion. Keeps me smelling fresh and keeps me calm all day. (Fyi, it's said that if you're really attracted to a specific oil, it usually means your body needs it).
