My daily doTERRA

You've heard my testimony about Deep Blue and the Aroma Touch Kit, but what do I use for day to day issues?

As I lay me down to sleep....I diffuse Lavender each and every single night.

When I need to focus and wake up, I diffuse Peppermint.

When my stomach is not cooperating with my food choices that day, I combine 2 drops of DigestZen with 2-3 drops of pure fractionated coconut oil and rub it on my belly.

When I'm feeling down, sad, or just missing home, I diffuse Serenity for a while, then switch to Elevation (the names really give away their functions).

During the summer, when I think my white skin can handle a few hours in the sun, I put a generous amount of Lavender & Melaleuca in some distilled water in a spray bottle and lather my red skin in it...cools it down and helps the itch that comes when sunburns begin to heal.

doTERRA's Shampoo & Conditioner is fab-u-lous. It smells delicious and works wonders on my dry, thick hair.

Headaches are a part of my everyday. The Past Tense roll-on is a life savor. I carry that and the Deep Blue roll-on in my purse so all my pain needs are met and conquered.

I'm sure there's more but I smell lavender...sleep is upon me!
