A little education won't kill you!

This is the easiest way to use Essential Oils on yourself and others. And FYI: it really does work, I implement the practice everyday on myself with the Aroma Touch Kit. Among its many benefits are stress management, immune support, inflammatory response, and autonomic balance. The kit includes a 5 ml bottle of each of the following doTERRA essential oils: Balance, Lavender, Melaleuca, On Guard, Aroma Touch, Deep Blue, Wild Orange, and Peppermint.
